Eric Asimov of the New York Times named Pascaline Lepeltier\’s organic, biodynamic and natural wine list at Rouge Tomate as the Best All-Around Restaurant for Wine – tied with Gramercy Tavern. It\’s amazing how much respect and coverage Pascaline Lepeltier has gathered – even from writers who write negatively about said wines in their other articles (no – we\’re not referring to Eric).
