<p>It’s time for our Eighth Annual Natural Wine Event! Sample delightful natural wines imported by Jenny &#038; François Selections, and learn about them from the winemakers themselves. </p>
<p>On Saturday, February 18, taste 20 wines for just $20, and stand face to face with these passionate artisans as they share their stories.</p>
<p>Throughout the afternoon we will also hold short optional seminars with three engaging speakers: Florent Plageoles from the Plageoles winery in Gaillac, France; Helena Lomazzi from the Colombaia winery in Tuscany, Italy; and Andy Fisher, President of Astor Wines &#038; Spirits and Astor Center. </p>
<p>Eleven natural winemakers will be in attendance. Please book your spots early, as tickets may sell out.</p>

They can answer your questions about biodynamic farming &#038; the certification process, as well as addressing how they make use of practices such as:<br />
• permanent cover cropping in tandem with permaculture<br />
• compost tea<br />
• biodynamic field preps<br />
• putting compost &#8220;to sleep&#8221; for an extended summer cure.</p>
