		<description>Great post!  I&#039;m a big fan of wineries who are trying to do things the right way.  It&#039;s great to point out that this isn&#039;t always a quick fix, because most things that are really worth doing aren&#039;t.  I admire the efforts that are being made to make good quality wines in a sustainable way.</description>
