		<description>Howcome Grenache could be too high acid to your liking? Acidity is not at all a feature of grenache. To the contrary Grenache is rich in alcool. Also, alone it does not age well. These are some of the reasons why it is usually blended with other varieties such as Syrah, Carignan, etc.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the clarification Jack.  I know the Chapoutier estate is committed to Biodynmaics but you may very well be right, this particular parcel may not necessarily be certified Biodynamic but at the very least, it is Organic.</description>
