    thank you. this was very helpful. I am a fan of sulfite-free wine yet didn’t know how to explain the benefits. Now that has changed!

    I am so glad that I joined your wine club. I am also grateful that you have these bits of information on u tube. So many people do not know the reason for getting organic wine without added sulfites, etc. I will only drink your wine from now on, you can count on that.
